"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "My home is on a crawl space so when Chris, Mike And Jake got there they had to disconnect plumbing from water heater and softner then remove water softner to get to the rotted floor. Once floor was removed they noticed that some venting that went to the furnace had become unattached probably due to the rotten floor. They reconnected the venting to the furnace, reinforced the floor joists, put new flooring and linoleum. Had to re-plum the water heater, put the water softner back and re-plum it. These guys did an AWESOME job, they made a horrible mess look brand new it looks and works great. This was an all day job these guys worked really hard knew what they were doing and got the job done. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew from Changes Unlimited for any remodel or repair I have in the future, they can do anything! "Ricardo and his workers were very hard working. He was very knowledgeable about the concrete business. He took the time to answer questions during the project. Before the work started, there were 4 tall Yew shrubs that needed to be removed. They were very diligent about removing the shrubs, even cutting roots by hand. Additional stone and fill dirt was necessary, and he brought those in at minimal trucking cost. Ricardo was bi-lingual, so language was not a barrier. We would recommend him and his crew. They completed the job as discussed. He had the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the job. This was a front and back sidewalk and cement garage pad project. The forms were laid out on Monday, the sidewalks were poured on Tuesday, the cement pad poured on Wednesday, and the job was completed by Friday."
