The best part is everything was done on the phone and by email. We didn't have to sit through a long, high pressure sales pitch and feel obligated to buy. Instead, I called Zen, Scott returned my call and heard what I wanted to do. I took rough measurements of the windows, then Scott sent me a quote and answered any questions I had. After a quick measurement of our windows by Zen, they were ordered and installed 5 weeks later. The crew was excellent, I hardly knew they were in our house, and very professional-wearing a mask the entire time they were here. Everything went so well, we decided to replace the rest of the windows in our house using Zen, as well as our sliding glass door, based on the quality of window and workmanship displayed by Zen! "Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "Nova did an excellent job. The sales person was thorough, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The manufacturer originally sent us the wrong window tint (Nova's order was correct, but the manufacturer made a mistake in fabrication). Nova was super responsive and helpful and fixed the issue in a very short time. Excellent service!"

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."
