The next day I was contacted by the person who monitors the List for them and she told me she would give the job to one of their local plumbers, who would contact me. The did not contact me, so I called the local business directly and scheduled a time and day for them to come out. <br /> The plumber was right on time, looked at what needed to be done, went and bought supplies and then went to work, first on the  kitchen sink, the on the faucet in the back yard. <br /> Because the pipes in the yard were so old, when he was done, he went and monitored the water meter to make sure that none of the underground pipes were leaking. All was good! <br /> I thought that the price was very reasonable for the work done. He was courteous and professional. <br />"

"Mike literally saved the day with his inspection. He was able to locate the septic which turned out not to be a legit septic and which helped give honesty to a property that was incorrectly listed at my time of escrow as having a legit septic. He was patient and provided a very detailed, professional report. It resulted in an addendum being issued to replace the septic and ultimately I canceled escrow on the property due to lack of agreement between the Seller and I on an extension to get more inspections done. I can't thank Mike enough for his patience throughout that entire process. The listing has since been corrected to reflect a need for a replacement septic, so that future potential buyers will not have to go through what I did and all the surrounding hassles. He recommended that a new access to the crawlspace be dug out. He returned at the scheduled date and time to work on our plumbing problem. I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous.
