Robert Melvin contacted me and set up a date within two days to come by my house and provide me an estimate.  <br /> Robert was prompt on keeping the scheduled appointment. He is a very nice young man and he handles himself in a very professional and respectful manner. I know you may think this is strange to make a comment regarding these qualities regarding Robert; however, as I get older, respect and honor showed towards our elders is disappearing. I have encountered many contractors who do nor understand the need to treat people with respect, especially their elders (I am 58 years young), <br /> Robert asked the correct questions, took notes and ensured he understood exactly what I was asking for regarding the work that needed to be done. <br /> The proposal estimate was delivered in a timely manner on the agreed upon date. The proposal was very professional in appearance. It listed exactly what work would be performed and the associated costs for each of the items. <br /> The only reason for not choosing Holland Homes is that the total costs were a little higher than an equal competitor in the local market. <br /> I will definitely consider Holland Homes if I have roofing needs in the future, or if I know of someone needing roofing work I will gladly refer them to consider Holland Homes as a potential contractor to complete the work. <br />"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

The first time the pest control guy came, he rang the door bell, and my 3 dogs ran out to see what was going on, and I found him on top of my car. "There were both plumbing and electrical services scheduled and they were able to come the same day which was helpful as I needed to take off work for the repairs.  Instead of fixing the 13 year old toilet (which was installed incorrectly by the builder) we replaced both bathroom toilets with newer and more efficient ones.  Excellent service and excellent job on the plumbing and theywere very professional and nice.   <br /> Electrician removed a single kitchen light and replaced with 4 can lights.  Again very professional and nice, but the cost for the amount of work required was very high on the electrical.  Plugs and wiring were all there to tap into with nothing new to run.  Other than the price on the electrical work, the staff was on time, professional, pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the work in a very efficient and timely manner.  I would use them again but will be more selective on what they do based upon pricing.  Simple jobs maybe shp around for pricing, and for complex things definitely would rely on them again ! <br />"

"The owner came out originally to survey the project; took the time to answer all of my questions; and pointed out some things needing attention that I was not previously aware of. He then gave me a quote of $300 which I gladly accepted. Following that, two members of his crew came out several different times to work on fixing the leak, and then to make sure that the leak had in fact been repaired. After that they installed the new window sill, and then painted it with the exact same trim cover as the previous sill had. They were personable and always ensured my approval of the work performed before departing. (I have attached "before" and "after" photos. The black streaks on the "after" photo are my doing.)"

"Everything went great!  We were very satisfied with the service we received so we plan to have the team come out once a month to do cleaning.  However the monthly maintenance will not be as in depth it will get those areas we cannot due to a busy life schedule.  In fact, we did have our first monthly cleaning on 12/14 where 2 cleaning ladies came out.  They took about 1.5 hours and the house looked much better.  It was nice to have someone wash the floors and vacuum the rugs with a powerful vacuum.  The ladies were professional and kept pace to get the job done. <br />"
