"For several years, we’ve been planning to replace our kitchen counters. When Angie’s List promoted a deal offered by Jeffress Stone, we inquired whether this was the deal we’d been looking for. And it really turned out to be, from quality of the stone to craftsmanship to value. First, Jeffress sent us photos of the stones included in the deal. When we realized we couldn’t make a decision based solely on photographs, Jeffress arranged for us to visit their warehouse, where we were treated graciously. But we found something we liked much more than the samples, and feared that the up-sell would bust the deal. But the added cost proved to be reasonable and fair. Both direct contacts were professional and timely. Gary arrived a few minutes early to make measurements and the template, and that process took nearly two hours. As a result, the finished stone fit perfectly. Similarly, the installation crew arrived a few minutes early, and the owner, Dave, followed close on their heels. He was present throughout the entire installation. We were especially impressed by the care with which the crew mixed caulk to match our cabinets exactly for one tricky seam. "The electrician found the problem circuit breaker and replaced it in a quick manner. He even took the time to explain the problem. Very punctual and professional."

"The refinishing of the floors went without a hitch. Our house has four sets of stairs that have 6 landings and all of the stairs were carpeted when the house was built. When Tony's team took up the carpet on the stairs we discovered that the builder had made the steps and risers of white wood but the landings were press board which would look terrible painted.  Tony and his team then had to install 6 small floors, one on each landing, before the painting could proceed.  Once the floors were installed the steps and railings were painted but in doing so we discovered that  the sides of the steps need repainting because of the carpet removal. Tony's team then returned to repaint the sides of the steps. Tony and his team members are professional and courteous and are very customer focused and as a result will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
