"The first time they told me 9-12 and the called me around 12:30 to let me know the technician was on the way. I had already left the house since I had been waiting to leave. Then, when they rescheduled the next day I was supposed to be the first stop but then technician didn't arrive until around 1 or 2. In addition, while the technician and is appeared to be son were here they just told me about everything that was wrong with the system and how it would cost over $500 to fix it. It just seemed as though they were running up my tab instead of really helping to make my system better."
