"Marco and a helper arrived at the agreed upon time and using a machine and the proper solvent were able to uncover the beautiful floor we had expected to see at the end of our condo renovation. The GC had even said the tile might have to be removed and redone if it couldn't be cleaned! Having all new furniture and belongings in place, after a 4 month renovation, the last thing we wanted to face was more construction dust and the havoc of replacing all of the tile - even if at the subcontractor's expense. Marco is one of those rare people you meet who you can tell genuinely loves a challenge. With his estimate came his standard guarantee - "If I can't clean it, there will be no charge." He gave me an Angie's List discount and carefully moved every piece of furniture and box (yes we were still unpacking) to get every last bit of epoxy off of our floors, while not damaging the grout lines! We had them clean our balcony tiles while they were here removing a layer of construction dust that we thought was permanenetly embedded in the existing tiles out there. It is now beautiful too. I've given our building manager Duraclean's info as they also clean carpet, and commercial spaces. I will definitely use their services again, as I'm guessing our off-white matte finish tile will likely require a periodic cleaning by the pros. These guys are true pros at what they do. "Affordable Marble did a fantastic job cleaning my Venetian style marble floors. They came out clean with a light sheen and looking like new. It took about two hours for 1000 sq feet. Im very pleased with such great work. Both workers wore masks for Covid 19. Note that they moved my furniture to get the floor clean everywhere."
