"They work for me for a month, put a retaining wall in, all new fence, water system, all new plants and grass. And a lot of other stuff that went along with it. They kept me informed what was happening what they were doing. Every day they cleaned up before leaving for the day. Very professional and super nice. I totally would hire them again and recommend them."

"OMG I love my new fence, they came when they said they would. They did the work, cleaned up all the mess and I am so excited to allow my large breed dog outside now. Not to worry if the kids next door will tease or bother me or my dog again. 6 feet high and privacy slates is the way to go, I am bragging to everyone I know, LOVE LOVE LOVE my fence and the price was prefect. "I had a fence replacement project involved replacing 110 linear square feet of wire fence with vinyl. Originally I'd hired another contractor who had me buy the material and put down half the cost of labor before even doing any work. After a week and a half of delays with terrible communication and no work done, I fired them and found GeoHousingLLC. Gio came by to survey the land, offered me a much more reasonable quote, promised to begin work immediately, and assured me I didn't have to pay until all work was done. Whenever things came up that required my attention, he kept me informed every step of the way . All in all, they finished within the time frame estimated and the end product looks spectacular. 5 out of 5 would hire again."
