"When the toilet in the master bath developed a tendency to continue running. I called Aces Drain after checking the reviews on Angie's list.  I had no difficulty reaching Brian Meeker and explained my issues.  Since my problems involved maintence rather than an emergency, I expected to wait a few days for an appointment.  However, Mr. Meeker said that he happened to be working in my area that day and, because my job would be small and fairly quick, he said he could come that same day.  He gave me an estimated time but he also called me before coming.  He and his assistant handled the repairs in an efficient and neat manner.  (While the main problem was with the toilet in the master bath, I also asked him to look at the one in the hall bath as well.)  Both men were patient, polite and professional.

Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.

"I called Pasco Pump, (found them here), after calling another plumbing outfit I had found on Google.  I had no hot water in the tub/shower in a rental unit that had just been rented, but no amount of money would get that first company out here that afternoon.  I realized it was late in the day, (4PM), but ... come on!
That's when I remembered I'd joined Angie's List when we first moved to this area a few weeks back.   I found Pasco Pump and gave them a call.  Sue, (the owner's wife), answers the phone there, and I explained my circumstance and what I needed.  Her husband, (and owner of the company), Bill was here an hour or so later.
Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"

I have had them since 1994 because I like the service and stuff provided to me. I have several properties in Alabama and they have done work there too. I have not had any problems out of American Home Shield. Their responsiveness is one of the main reasons why I continue to use them. The price is included in my premium.
