" I recommend Mayer Roofing!! We live in a manufactured home with an attached metal carport. We noticed water running/dripping outside the exterior house wall under the carport. A contractor looked at the roof, said the sealant had dried out and cracked, and suggested we hire someone to apply 3 coats of roof sealant over the last row of shingles and flashing. This would fix the problem but would also require recoating every 2-3 years. One company looked at the roof and quoted us a price. To do a proper job, he'd remove the flashing and last row of shingles (which were damaged), install new flashing and a new row of shingles, seal as needed, and for less than the sealant job quoted by other roofer!
