However, that small job was $454 and they also tried to upsell me on replacing all of my breakers on my electrical panel ($2,576) as well as add a whole home surge protector ($918). Feels a bit excessive to push over $3,000 of work for what was started as a small job."

"Chris Bridge (the owner) was very professional and helpful all the way through the process.  He went over colors with me, helped fill out the paperwork for the HOA, and explained his methods of making sure the paint would look good and last in the Arizona climate.  He also was helpful in pointing out hail damage and submitting the forms to the insurance company.  He put up samples of paint on the front of the house where I could see them in light and in shadow, which resulted in my decision to change the color scheme.  The crew had a very knowledgeable foreman, also very polite and professional, who worked with me on all the steps of the process.  The color scheme came out looking very nice; the whole house, the gate and the wall all look fresh and attractive.  When I had questions about the gate being rough on one side, Matt (the foreman) came out and smoothed it down, as well as explaining about the plywood fascia and how it weathers.  CBP took the time to do a good job and make sure I understood everything.  I was so impressed that a family member employed him to repaint their house, which had a really bad job done on it previously by another company.  They're also happy with the result.  I would certainly hire him again."
