After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!"

He was very forthright and honest about everything that needed to be explored as he went. He even provided options for removing minimal drywall for a clean, safe replacement of the existing gas pipe. "Great product and good price. Frank was extremely professional with regards to scoping the project and providing a solid explanation of the product. We decided to go with him because we needed a new soft water loop installed, and he was the only contractor who proposed an alternate path to getting to the unit in the garage (our water service entry is on the opposite side of the house from the garage). Plus, his data showed that his product is superior to the competition we were looking at. We did strongly recommend that he get "blue stake" certifications completed in advance of the installation, because the lines were to be buried in the ground, but he assured us that it wouldn't be necessary. So we scheduled the installation and then, after Herman spent a couple of hours trying to dig, learned that it would be necessary to use a trencher. This ultimately led to getting the blue stake certifications that we had suggested in the first place, and caused several days' delay for everyone. Herman, the installer, was always prompt, and polite, though less than friendly and evidently not well-accustomed to working in the heat. The product is great, and the price is very competitive, but we would encourage Frank and Herman to err on the side of caution and seek blue stake clearances any time the customer's project involves digging more than a few inches with a hand tool."

"Job was completed November 2020. Notified them June 14, 2021 joint they put in was leaking. Reply was past warranty! A leak at a joint they put in and it’s past warranty! It’s now July 12, 2021 and still no effort to fix the shoddy work they did. In addition Clay tried to bill me twice! Stay away from them!"
