"Jeff came out and installed my kitchen faucet, shutoff valves and a outside house faucet. Jeff was fast and completed the work, however one of the shutoff valves he install started leaking after a few hours. So he was schedule to return the next morning and fix the problem. He came the first thing the next day replaced the one of the valve. I had to purchase the valves from Western Plumbing so they would be covered by their warranty when he did the install instead of using the two I had already purchased. So its good that I had him install theirs or I would have been charged for another service call and another valve though I didnt like paying the higher price for their valves. The cost of installing the outside faucet I though was over priced as well. Iam glad I had pruchased my own new kitchen faucet."
