We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. "Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house. Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.
The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,
The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!
