"We called from estimate and Chris Tricke showed up 15 minutes early. He explained the product and the process in a very professional manner and service put and pressure on us. We called him the same usually and agreed to the installation. On installation day he showed up 30 minutes early and immediately set to wash after servicing the entire installation process with me.
