"The Dryer Doctor aka Kenneth, came over on Saturday morning then examined the refrigerator, diagnosed issue, cleaned the coils and tested to validate the fridge is A-OK. Kenneth offered useful advice such as leave approximately 1-2 inches of space between back of fridge and the wall to ensure adequate air circulation and be careful to not overload the bottom freezer drawer.
