We hired them after our free initial consultation and they showed up a week later with team of 5 guys and the beautiful 5 ft tall trees , not the sad wimpy ones we saw in the big box stores . With 5 guys the install was fast & furious . The process was completed in about 45 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful as not to damage my grass . I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call.
