We had to replace old water pipes across 2-story home and their service was great. We asked to add additional water switches to be able to switch hot/cold water on and off in separate parts of home - and they did it. Now if it will be leak or other problem - we can switch off kitchen area, or second floor without impacting other parts of our home. Highly recommended!"

"I needed to replace an 11-year-old tankless water heater. Next Plumbing offered to sell me a replacement for about $1,900 and install it or my own, for about $500. I could buy a similar heater from Home Depot or others for about 1/3 of Next's price (I have learned this is not unusual), so I bought one from Home Depot. Had to wait better part of a week to get the heater from HD (they had the shortest wait for delivery.) Next Plumbing did the install. There was a minor problem with the heater, which I think was the fault of the manufacturer, but it took about 2 minutes on the phone with the mfgr to find and correct the problem. My only complaint is with Home Depot for (a) not stocking ANY tankless"
