Another week or more has gone by and when I called him again this morning he said that I could not change the color. This has transpired over a period of weeks. I finally got a phone number that someone answered. I got the number from an Anderson Window salesman. This is outrageous…I PAID A DEPOSIT of $3622 on April 24th and then had to finally get a phone number that someone would answer and then after 2 weeks I had to call to be told that I could not change the color."
