He responded very quickly the same day. I took several pictures of the Electric Panel Box and Hot Water Tank that needed to be removed. He provided an Estimate for me to sign online on Tuesday, Dec 31, which included the purchase of a Tank-Less Water System that I wanted. He ordered the Tank-Less Water Heater, and when it came in he contacted me to do the Installation The job was begun on Monday, Dec 9, and only because my Electric Box took a different Breaker which he had to order, the job was completed Dec 10. My new system works perfectly! He provided Excellent Service and Quality Work!!"

He went to Home Depot, purchased the chain and some spray paint to match and it DID match! He changed the direction of a swinging door...a real skill and did many other smaller projects.
