"My client relationship with B&H Specialty Construction commenced when I hired David and his exceptional team for an opulent bathroom remodel following the devastation of Hurricane Ian. After an unfortunate termination of my previous contractor due to exorbitant pricing, I found solace in the expertise and value of B&H. Their cadre of skilled tradesmen exemplifies integrity and time-honored values, qualities for which I am profoundly grateful. From the outset, their work crews have consistently arrived punctually, infused with positive energy while they demonstrated kindness and respect for my property, pets, and family. They adeptly navigated challenges such as deteriorated flooring and termite damage with remarkable professionalism, providing timely, evidence-based solutions while minimizing additional costs. Their superior communication skills have proven invaluable; they consistently present clear, straightforward options, delineating the pros and cons of each. As a woman who has occasionally altered her vision during projects, B&H has managed my requests with exceptional flexibility and understanding. "When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

"The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.
