They removed two layers of old roofing, replaced the damaged roof decking, soffit, rafter and rebuilt the corner. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. They use the right nail guns for Hardie board siding plus the siding has no gaps, they caulk it as well. They use flashing in the right places. The work crews just awesome, they looked like my CNC router fast and precise. The job superintendent, Francisco came to the house often, making sure the workers were on track. He also did ever thing the wife and I ask him to, he listen to us. They replaced the siding and painted it, replaced our deck, handrail and gutters."
