There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to ?finish? without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional.
