"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

I had them install railing on my deck, wrap the deck in PVC board, and add river rock under the deck. I also had them repair the roof to my shed and repair the rock facade to my front porch. The majority could not (did not want to) perform the full scope of work or tried to sell us on other products that did not fully address our problem (old brick walls, no foundation, and a high water table). One company rep diagnosed the problem over the phone without ever coming to our house... During his first visit, Steve (the owner) listened to my concerns and recommended solutions in line with what we wanted to do without the high pressure we got from other sales reps. His team was HARD WORKING and courteous and, with the exception of an occasional snowstorm, finished everything in a timely manner. The total cost was competitive with other quotes that didn't fully meet our needs. We will likely need some minor work in another part of the basement as we remodel the floor above and his will be the only company we call."

"The work they did was OK, if we had a small basement issue.  Unfortunately, we had a large issue.
However, there was really only one person doing 90% of the work.  The work he completed was satisfactory.  As for the other guys on the crew, they were either doing "go for" work or no work at all.  The one guy doing no work was supposedly doing "mold remediation."  He was just taking a sponge and wiping a wall.
The owner was knowledgeable, but not really hands on.  He would check on the work that the one guy did.
As I mentioned before, they didn't complete the job upon my request.

His crew showed up on time, removed the old asphalt driveway before I could blink, basically, and had the new driveway poured and finished, all in one day.
