"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. Michael immediately saw that there was no vent thru roof for the upstairs bath fan as we have no attic. He helped saved us from a potential future problem and added expense as we are selling our home. Everyone was so nice and respectful. His prices are competitive and fair. Roofing was delivered. Home was roofed in one day. They cleaned up everything. You never knew they were there. The roof looks fantastic. Michael came back personally to do the final walkthrough and he did some caulking for us (he didn't have to) so the wasps wouldn't go under the flashing. Michael is the best. "Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded.
Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added.
Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord.
The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule.
Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project.

"Man, I have got to say I am truly impressed. I own several properties in Colorado springs and needed some flooring done in a bad way. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get my property back on the market and rented. Thanks guys!"

"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."

"Evaluated my system and gave a price before starting. Knew what needed to be done. Demonstrated full knowledge of my Ring security cameras. Very efficient on set up. Task a little harder as he had to search for electric circuit that each of 3 cameras were on. Did not charge extra for that. Very professional. Made sure that I was fully satisfied."

"A++++ After Handy Man Connection stood me up, I made a desperate call to Improvement Pros. I told him the story of how I was in town for just a few days trying to get my rental property ready to sale and needed the front door installed. (it had been kicked in, and therefore HAD to be done for safety reasons). The owner of the company and his son came over ON SATURDAY to do the work. They ran to Lowes and made the purchase for me and brought the door and supplies to me ( I do not have a truck). They stayed late (the day before Mother's Day), and never charged extra for it. They did an excellent job, charged me fairly, and were there for me when I needed. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Thanks to them for being there when I needed them. Great guy.
