Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "Install vinyl planks. Base boards were not put back around some of the areas and looks bad. I did find one plank not completely down and can see the line and worry it will come up after time. Customer service was excellent. I thought the prices was high and I hear that alot about empire."

I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! The hard work professionalism & quality is unmatched! Anthony stopped in about 6pm to follow up & make sure all was good."

"The initial communication was prompt but several issues arose and in the end a 3 days project turned into 2 months. After laying out my feedback and concerns in writing, none of the concerns were addressed in a manner I would expect from proper customer service. I also referred them to a neighbor for a much larger project and asked about a discount for the referral which was met with no response. The sub-contractor they used for the flooring install had little attention to detail in addition to being slow. Many of the flooring planks were chipped and were caulked to cover up the chips. A couple different sub-contractors were brought in to touch up things the original sub-contractor failed to do. I wish that I had a more positive experience."
