"We couldn't be happier! We moved out of our house of 23 years into a rental for 7 months. Everything needed to be out and we spent a month purging. The project morphed from a kitchen project to the whole house mostly on our request. Kamran and crew rolled with it and finished on time His guidance on quality of materials and adjustments was exceptional and when they ran into an issue they notified us and figured out a way to make it work. Our project included a new kitchen and island, removal of a wall, all new floors and carpet, new lighting throughout the house, renovate three bathrooms, new garage cabinets and floor, an RO system and a new breaker box. "I wanted to give a huge shout out to Tanner Keller and Matthew Gardner with JJ Benett Construction. Right before Christmas we were panicking looking for someone to help us get a door installed for our second den for guests coming to stay. After multiple no shows from other individuals, we were very stressed out it would not get done. It was the week of Christmas and we have 10 foot ceilings so procuring a door was difficult but they came through and worked incredibly hard and stayed way past working hours to guarantee we would have our door completed by Christmas Eve!! They were professional, kind, hard working, and transparent. We highly recommend them for any projects you may need completed. I have attached before and after pictures. They were incredible to work with and we will be using them again for any other projects we come up on. "

"My sister and I purchased a 5 BDRM/3BTRM home. I've never hired contractors before to do any type of remodeling. I was concerned if I'd find the right contractor that would meet my needs. From my 1st appointment with Raul & Taylor, it was clear they'd listen to what I wanted done. They even took the time to answer my questions & concerns. I need to open a couple of walls, wall up unnecessary extra doorways, & turn a bathroom tub into a walk-in shower with a seat. We found a walk-in shower kit called, Tuscany Freedom Grand with glass doors from Home Depot that we all (Taylor/Raul, & myself) thought this would be a good fit for the size space we had to work with. Kit is ordered online. Construction day: Raul & Taylor, had every requested wall, doorway, & bathtub removed. They worked from sunup to a bit passed dinner hours to get this phase of construction done. Next day same efficient work ethics with wall reconstruction, texturing, & painting. They even painted over areas that needed it from previous owners. The shower kit finally arrives at Home Depot, Raul & Jaun (plumber) were kind enough to pick up the kit for delivery to the house. NOW this is how you know you have a good contractor. They get started on the insulation. About an hour into them working I receive call. Raul says, "we have to stop what we're doing. The shower pan is good. We have it installed. The rest of whole entire kit is to be installed with silicone. I can install this kit for you, but the shower will need to be redone in 2yrs. I won't be able to warranty this work because if it. I can't do that and feel good about it later." Well now we just spent 3.1k on kit that. So now what? Raul & myself decided to go with cement backer board and tile. My sister & I purchase the tile and items needed. We managed to use some of the home depot kit (seat, corner pieces for soap/step to incorporate into the new updated walk-in shower design. Raymond is their tile contractor and does excellent work. He had the tiling done within 2 days. During this time Raul and Taylor were able to come back with a reduced payment of 2k. That helped a lot since 3/4s of the unused shower kit was sitting in a corner of the bathroom. Those beautiful and heavy shower doors couldn't be installed either due to the layout of a pocket door right behind the shower wall. This kit was a lesson for all involved, right down to the installation video. Now, with all remodels, touch ups need to be done. I sent in my concerns on the shower tile grouting needing touched up & a bit more paint too. Raul and Raymond were out the very next day to complete all touch ups. During all this work being performed. Everything was cleaned up after every workday. I'm looking forward to doing my future remodel projects with Precision BluePrint Development again"
