"Sabino came to "repair" my dishwasher about three weeks ago. He came in, reset the computer component of the dishwasher and declared it fixed. He did not check anything else. He spent about 7 minutes in my house (including the time I spent writing a check and getting paperwork) and charged me $150. I contacted him 3 days later to tell him it was not fixed, still getting an error code. His next "solution" was to replace the computer component entirely which he would get back to me with a price. He never did. I sent two follow up texts and then I called the "office" and left a message. No response. I finally decided to watch some YouTube videos and cleaned the water filter, and I FIXED MYSELF. If he had been a professional, he would be more thorough. He had the nerve to tell me during the initial appointment when I balked at the additional charge for the so-called work performed, "at least I'm not ripping you off." He was also very keen on getting cash. I understand why now."
