"TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner?s roof transferred to me. It?s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy. Our roof had a leak at the beginning of August around our skylights. I decided I wanted to roof over them and called Big Buckle since using another contractor would void our warranty. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get Evan out here to look at the roof initially (I would have worked with another company at that point but since the warranty was with them I felt like my hands were tied) but they ended up no-showing three separate times while having my money for this project. Useless. "

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. "DO NOT HIRE ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS! I hired them to put on a new roof and walk-out deck for $25,000. What a DISASTER! SHODDY WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. DECK They hold a simple roofers CR42 license. Upon learning of this, I halted the work on the deck. They had already installed “sister joists” under the decking which is a VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSING. They also “repaired” the stucco they damaged which is IN VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSE. A stucco professional said it must be completely redone. The decking ‘weep screed’ was missing and coatings misapplied. They put their foot through the deck, twice, and which resulted in two large holes in the patio ceiling. They tried to repair them, which they are UNLICENSED to do. ROOF INSTALLATION Poor workmanship resulted in having much of the roof redone. The shoddy work is too extensive to list here. It includes incorrectly applied mortar, tile gaps, vent screens not replaced, roof jacks, sloppy point, missing underlayment, etc."
