The technician was very helpful and informative and showverme in detail what my problem was.The service was great and over and above what I would expect. Since the problem was a danger to my home, they moved very fast to fix the problem. I cannot say enough about the stellar service. As far as price is concerned, because the problems grew, the service e tech did manage to discount the second phase of the project. I do not know , frankly, if the cost is comparable to other companies, but I am grateful I did not have an electrical fire and that my home is intact. I highly recommend Chris as a technician. He did not leave the day of service until he was sure I was safe in my home until the remaining part arrived and was installed."
