Being now a cool season, he was not able to checkout the air conditioning cycles of the unit, but that would normally be done in the late spring anyway. I will plan to have him back at that time to check that aspect of the unit. Ted was most professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What I liked most about him was he made suggestions on how to save money on his services. He even told me with the newness of the system and the great condition is stays in, that I might only need a once a year checkout of the unit. It's not often you encounter someone who not only doesn't try to up-sell services, but actually makes recommendations on ways to reduce his costs to you."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. We decided to have our entire HVAC system replaced since the current system was 9 years old and of a low end system. Marius and Drew came out to replace the system. Considering they started on the 2 hottest days of the week, they did a great job installing the new system and reworking the ducting in the attic.
