Being now a cool season, he was not able to checkout the air conditioning cycles of the unit, but that would normally be done in the late spring anyway. I will plan to have him back at that time to check that aspect of the unit. Ted was most professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What I liked most about him was he made suggestions on how to save money on his services. He even told me with the newness of the system and the great condition is stays in, that I might only need a once a year checkout of the unit.
