"I?m very disappointed with my experience with this company. The salesman who came to take the measurements gave us incorrect information and forgot to order some of the required materials. Because of his mistakes, the workers could not finish the job, and we had to stop the installation and wait until the remaining items were ordered. On top of that, he ordered the wrong materials, which caused even more delays and problems. We were also informed that there was a promotion and that we would receive a free hotel stay or a 6 day cruise. We were told that we would receive a call the day after the installation to get the offer. It has now been over two weeks, and we have not received any calls or follow up. At this point, this feels like a scam. The company does not follow through on anything they promise or say. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. "
