"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "Yesterday after identifying the source of our water leak as the water heater I called a plumber. Not my favorite thing to do and the thought of a new water heater was painful. Difference between expectation & reality is Bill Metzger Plumbing took the sting not only out of the call but the experience as well. The plumber Greg W. arrived a few minutes early quickly identified the problem which was not what I had expected and had it fixed in a very short period of time.
