"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Our basement was flooded by a street water main break back in June that damaged 30 year old wood paneling and drywall. Dana took everything down for us, including a hard to disassemble desk that was built into the wall, and put in new insulation, drywall, a ceiling light, tile, bathroom vanity, trim, and new doors. He went the extra mile by taking out an existing door that was not needed and dry walled it for us, painted the wood paneling to match the rest of the rooms that we were going to keep, and even left us the extra paint from painting all the walls and trim. Dana was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He always tried to help my husband and I by providing suggestions and information that we as first time home owners didn't think about. There were 2 rooms a large hallway/stairway and a half bath that were renovated. The job only took 2 weeks and we are very pleased. I appreciated that every time he left our house, the job site was cleaned up. Definitely hiring again to complete other home renovations."

"Had an old wooden picket fence that was falling apart. Montco Fence replace the wood fence with a white Vinyl picket fence. The guys were terrific, it was a tough job in that part of the fence went through fairly heavy vegetation that required a lot of work to remove the old fence. We are very happy with the work and results. I would recommend and we will use again when it comes time to replace some privacy fencing we have in the next few years."

"Overall my experience with this company was fantastic. That is saying allot because I am very particular. Originally they finished the job in three days (which was fast considering what they were asked to do). On the last day I called him with some concerns about where the walls met the trim and Vivaldo talked to him men and had that taken care of saying to me 'the most important thing is that you are happy with the job'. He meant it! After the crews left on a Saturday I found ALLOT of places where the old colors showed through particularly above the trim. However, what sets this company apart in my mind is that when Vivaldo (the current owner) came out to pick up the final check that Monday I showed these spots to him and right there he called back one of his best guys to finish the job out right. It took his guy about 7 hours to do it and he left our house at 8 pm but almost everything was perfect at that point! Only after that when I was happy with the work did Vivaldo ask for the final payment. I really appreciated his professional behaviour, his responsiveness to my concerns and his respect for my time and house. I found the quality of their work to be great int he end and for a reasonable price. The crew was quite considerate. They even took their shoes off while they were painting because I have a no show policy! This surprised me because I never asked them to do that and just assumed I would clean up after they left but it definitely made clean up allot easier! There were a few minor glitches along the way including that the painters used a bathroom on the second floor that I asked them not to use even though there was one of the first floor that they could use and they crated the usual amount of mess. However, what stays in my mind is that even with the bathroom incident when I mentioned this to Vivaldo he took it very seriously and made sure it didn't happen again. Once again, I find that my interactions with Vivaldo and his responsiveness to my concerns are what made the overall experience great. I will definitely use them again next year when I plan to paint the next floor!"
