"Rick was outstanding. Right on time and right on his quote. The guy doesn't waste a single motion while he's working. I had a glitch with one of the parts I purchased to install and Rick worked around my issue and gave me enough time to get a new faucet and still got everything done on time. I would most definitely have Rick come back to do additional work for me. A Pro!"

"Ryan did a great job. Was very responsive to my request. Showed up on time and clearly went over the work and cost. He treated my house like it was his own home and did an excellent job fixing our leak and replacing our faucet. He also gave me some advice and helped me with our dehumidifier, which was a nice bonus. Thank you Ryan!"

"Brian from Sila came to fix the problem after finishing up another job. It was late on a Friday afternoon. He quickly saw what needed to be done, and made the repair, and ensured that all the fixtures in the house were working properly. He was good natured about the whole thing, and wonderful to deal with. I am so grateful for his willingness to take the time to make an unplanned service call."

"Gerry came in late on a Saturday night and completed a job when 6 professionals on Craigslist denied the work. He was very professional and cost effective. I highly recommend using Gerry for any dry wall, plumbing or roof work."

"Jake Souza is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. He arrived on time, pinpointed the problems with the unit, and gave me payment options. He gave me hints on how to keep the unit running in great condition, such as shutting it off when the lawn is mowed, because it can suck in unwanted debris. Cover the top of the unit for the winter to keep anything from entering it. Rinse the sides of the unit lightly with a hose to remove debris from vent openings. I am very satisfied with the work this professional did on my central air conditioning."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Foxboro, MA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
