"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Tom Cromer and his crew replaced a damaged wooden window with a new, vinyl window. They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. "Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

"Todd and Dave were great. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was more than I expected. During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with."

"Trevor came out and serviced my HVAC unit after I noticed warm air coming from the system. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to come out the same day. He inspected the unit, found that it was low on coolant, located the leak, and recharged the system all in one visit. With the temperature being almost 90 degrees that day, I was extremely thankful for the fast service. Trevor was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend him."

"Really nice job done! Rick had explained everything it may had potentially problem for the dishwasher (to me it is just cosmetic problem), and you would think he is really completist. He is also offer life warranty for the installation. I am very pleased how efficient he had done his job. He also helped to fix my in-sink erator and recycled my old dishwasher and refrigerator. I would have him for other appliance project in the future."

"Started the job. Got money to start and wouldn't come for months. Gave picture of bathroom tile and how it was to be laid. Didn't pick up at all like it was to be laid. He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. A true rip off."
