Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises. Since he came on his own he did need an extra set of hands to take down the old microwave and put up the new one, but again, he asked that I have someone at home to help him with these quick tasks. "Kirk did his best to diagnose the problem by disassembling the washer as far as it needed disassembling.  It was determined that the whole drum assembly needed replacing and he looked the part up on line and gave us the price from the site, not inflating the total as many do.  Since the price of the whole drum assembly was an expensive part his advice to us was to just replace the washer as it wouldn't make sense to pay for such an expensive part.  I feel this was an honest assessment, and I appreciated it.  Although he spent a little over and hour and a half at our home, because he couldn't repair the washer, he only charged us for the initial service call, which was a very fair price. I would highly recommend Kirk."
