"Chad was very responsive and very easy to work with. He was thorough, detail oriented, and completed the job when he said he would for the price he quoted me. We first have him scheduled in 1st week of October but then our roofing job could not complete in time and had to ask Chad to re-scheduled. He really went out of the way and re-scheduled it multiple times to fit our schedule. They are family owned business and treated us like a family member. It was great to see 2 brothers and their sons on the site working together as one family. The dug out old asphalt and cleaned out the entire area very nicely. Then, leveled and graded the driveway very nice to have very smooth surface. Finally, the beautiful new driveway with very smooth surface of 6 inches of asphalt was put on top to have a very solid and completely new driveway. They brought in an compacted a gravel base, and laid an expert looking asphalt coat over the top of it then. The workmanship and detailing of the work is unmatched of the entire crew. "First of all when I was inquiring for estimates for my asphalt driveway, Noah Stanley returned my call very quickly (other companies did not even return my phone call). Noah came to my home and explained in great detail what would done. He and his crew came at the scheduled day and time. Their work was excellent. (Some of neighbors watched as the crew worked. One made arrangements to have his driveway done.) My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our beautiful driveway. 5 stars is highest rating that could be given, but I would give N&S Paving more stars if I could. "This was our 2nd use of Pavercare and we remain a customer to this day!

TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!
