"It's hard being a woman and a homeowner, because service providers love to talk to you as though you aren't the owner, and they will try to overcharge you for your services or cut corners. I am pleased to say that I've finally found a plumber that I would not only use again, but recommend. He asked multiple questions so that he could give me a real price, not a price that gets him in the door that he could then upcharge. Nathan was on time, he had booties for his feet. Rob told me over the phone what it would cost to replace them, and said he could have someone there in two hours. I had talked to three other plumbers before I heard from RA Mechanical. NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window.
