"We live in Meridian-Kessler and watched two neighbors on our block endure the inconvenience and stress of sewer line collapses and back-ups into their basements.  In order to prevent the same fate for us, we decided to be proactive and have our sewer line redone before we had any problems.  The gentlemen at SLB were amazing -- they were incredibly responsive to our questions, our schedules, and our concerns.  They were able to dig a small hole (approximately 3 x 4 feet) in the concrete basement floor and they cleaned and relined the sewer line from that access point (they even rolled up our carpet and moved our basement furniture for us!).  The job took two days (each about 1/2 day) with no interruption to our home life (all work was completed while we were at work).  We now have a re-lined sewer line with a 50 year guarantee with no mess, no damage to our yard or landscaping, and all at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"We discovered the clog because the sewer pump in our basement gurgled, and our plumber recommended A Cleaner Drain. This was late afternoon, July 1, 2017, right before the long weekend. We called Larry and he and a coworker showed up early next Morning. They got to work right away, and determined the cause: tree roots. A potentially quick fix, Larry suggested, was to feed the camera through the pipe. The camera was really neat. It was connected to a computer by cords, and you could see the inside of the pipe on the computer screen. Larry's idea is as follows. If the camera could be inserted into the 3' pipe inside the house from the 6' pipe outside, we could ease the clog by opening up a small hole. Larry came back with the equipment that same afternoon. Remember, this is right before the July-4 long weekend. Alas, it started to rain, and then to pour! Larry went straight to work despite the rain. He saw, using his camera, that tree roots completely blocked the opening of the 3' interior pipe. Liquid could trickle out, but there was no easy way to open a small hole right away. By the time he was done, he was very wet. Then Larry explained to us that he and his coworker would have come back after the long weekend, to manually dig down into the pipe and clear away the roots. On July 5, 2017, Larry and his coworker showed up, and they, again, immediately started to work. The digging was tough, as they encountered a number of fair-sized rocks. It was also hot and humid that day. But they kept going, and did not take their lunch break until they had dug all the way down, and cleared away most of the roots. We were able to use water pretty much as normal at that point. It was about 2 pm! Then they came back and very quickly tied up the loose ends. The entire job was completed around 4:30 pm. I strongly recommend Larry, simply because he really cares, and his work ethics is unparalleled. Very few would show up to work right before the independence-day long weekend, in the rain; but Larry did! On top of that, the quality of his work is high; his price is very reasonable; he is extremely punctual. Needless to say, he is also courteous and shows a very high degree of professionalism. I am not surprised that my plumber recommended him right away, once they realized that the pipe had been clogged."

"Beau Huffer inspected my heating unit which is 9 years old. This is the first time for me to use this company. I have always been diligent regarding 6month heating and cooling checks through the years. I believe this is the first time I have seen such a detailed evaluation of my heating unit. After opening up the main frame, he found what he would only refer to as " <em><strong>goob</strong></em>" all over the circuitry. <br /> He explained to me that he could not diagnose if it was mold or not due to liability issues which now has left me with questions as to how to proceed. I think that he would have provided recommendations, but our conversation was all over the place due to my endless questions, so i feel the distraction may have left that topic uncovered. I will give them a call prior to getting the air duct vents cleaned. He also found some wires that had over time became frayed due to rubbing on a metal piece. This could ultimately have lead to the end of life of this unit not to mention a fire hazard. He taped and secured the wires. He also found that the blower capacitor was slightly low. He recommended to have that replaced in the next 6 months. That it was functioning adequately at this time. <br /> I reviewed and signed up for the Heating and Cooling Maintenance Agreement. Their prices are higher than what I have ever paid historically, but after seeing the detail in his work, I believe it will be well worth it. Honestly, the only information ever received from the company I had used before was "Everything is fine". After what I visualized in the heating unit, it clearly isn't. <br /> Last, I was attracted to this company because they advertise free financing when purchasing new heating and cooling units. Since this condo that I moved into 9 years ago has the cheapest model installed, I am anticipating probably sooner than later needing to replace it. This company will make the purchase much easier for me. <br /> I was very impressed with Beau. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me. <br /> <br />"

"Don't dig up your city sewer! Nu Flow will come in, line your existing one at a competitive price, and you don't have to tear up your yard, patio, sidewalk, driveway, life, etc!! Thanks Nu Flow for not ruining my property like traditional digging. Great experience. I would say I plan on using them again, but not really, as I don't plan on having sewer issues any more. They provided me with a quote on a Wednesday, I paid Friday, they completed the job the following Tuesday. Could not be happier."

"Great company. Great pricing and performed more work than other quotes. Replaced water lines and drains for whole house and could not have been more efficient or friendly. Took the time to walk us through our options and even gave great recommendations for fixtures, etc. Will definitely use for all future plumbing needs."

"<em>On the night of Saturday, Dec 10, 2011 we had a house fire which decimated our house and destroyed 95%+ of our belongings. </em>That same night, Moore was contacted by our insurer to do the board up, which they accomplished. The following Monday we were at the house when Clay Oskins from Moore showed up to start the estimating process on behalf of the insurance company. At that time we discussed with him their salvage service (taking salvagable items and cleaning them for us) as well as their inventory services for goods not deemed salvagable. Wanting to get certain items out of the house which was now without a complete roof was important to us so we had them start on that process and the inventory but held off on other steps as we wanted to look at other vendors, Our insurance company had made it clear that the choice of contractors for any step in the process was ours. After doing or review which included Angie's List and some additional vendor interviews we decided to stick with Moore since their reviews were good and our experiences with them over the 1-2 weeks since the fire were excellant from a service and communication standpoint. We hired Moore to do the non-salvagable inventory as well as gutting of the house. We held off on the rebuild decision as we were not sure on whether or not to rebuild as well as wanting to interview some custom builders in the area. For a variety of reason associated with how our fire happened we had time to look around. We interviewed other builders along with Moore. During this time we were contacted by random individuals wanting to represent us as our advocate with our builder and insurance company. All detailing horror stories about clients who didn't get what they deserved. We choose to take the high road and be open with our insurer from the start, to this day a decision we do not regret. Meanwhile we completed our interview process and choose Moore for the rebuild. Moore was clearly the most well prepared, had numerous ideas on changes that we could make with the rebuild and was a wealth of information on how the insurance claim system works. They also had a good relationship with the insurers and did not treat them as adversaries as some of the builders had suggested. The rebuid started in ernest May of 20112 and we were back in the house in April of 2013. Did the process go smoothly from beginning to end was every day one of perfection, no but through it all Moore was understanding in dealing with ones who had just had their lives turned inside out. They were prompt and professional and great communicators. Moore is in the disaster business which means unpredictablility. Their were times when disaster struck the Indy area during our rebuild (i.e. the house explosion on the south side of the city) which impacted Moore's resources. Thay were open and we always knew how other events might impact our job. Throughout the process Moore handled the lionshare of communication and paperwork, on the rebuild, with our insurer. We were always in the loop and it made our lives that much simplier in the midst of the malestrom. Also throughout the process Doug Coss, Moore's job , worked with us on various aspects of the job where we wanted to have a bigger hand in how it was done and in a few cases things we wanted to do ourselves. In other words they wree flexible to meeting our needs.  We are back in our house and love it especially the changes, which we might never have realized except for the insights they offered us. Some poeple told us to hire a custom builder, that Moore could not deliver in that aspect....well Moore did quality, DETAILED  work and the results show it. We just had our one year punch list completed. A few minor items, which as usual they handled quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction.  I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone confident they will delight them as well. We will always be grateful to Clay Oskins, Doug Coss, Bob, and the entire Moore crew. <br />"
