"We bought a new home with water issues. I called multiple foundation companies to get a french drain with sump pump installed under our home. We had huge storms coming and the last one left standing water under the house with support piers sinking. We had several cracks form in the drywall, popping and creaking in the floors. Corey McGlothlan came out and looked the situation over. He and I were at the house and my wife was on the phone discussing the situation. We knew we needed to do something with storms coming but received alot of pressure from Corey to make an expensive decision. He did an 18 month no interest approval.
