"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Bob was easy to work with, and the work was excellent, which is everything you can hope for. Pre-work - Bob was easy to schedule, responsive, and upfront about costs and estimates. During the work - Bob explained what he was going to do and checked in a few times; After the work - Bob was efficient, and cleaned up, leaving the site better than when he arrived and it looks wonderful. Now I am looking around for other things that I have had on my to-do list to hire out :)"

Fantastic communication from day 1, and the suggestions he provided during design phase proved he listened to our requests, budget constraints, & style considerations and has a keen eye from his vast experience for what will work best for you, the client. During demo/build, the crew was very timely, overly considerate of our house by properly preparing every morning and completely cleaning up every evening so random tools or materials aren’t laying around - something very appreciated by us and definitely contributed to the reduced stress of this project vs other providers. His team’s attention to detail can’t be emphasized enough - his bar is higher than yours, I promise! We couldn’t be happier with how all 3 projects turned out & have already discussed future projects such as windows and deck."

"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."
