"Nate has done two projects for us. Early in 2023 he was able to trouble shoot a water leak in our basement that was under the sliding door to a deck. He removed the old patio door and replaced it with a new construction slider, repaired the water damaged area, deck flashing, and made the door and basement water tight. This fall, he replaced our old deck that was in poor shape. Nate gave us a few design options and price quotes. He and his team demolished the old deck and rebuilt the new one with pressure treated wood . They did an outstanding job, even sanding all the surfaces so they are completely smooth and ready to be waterproofed. He was able to jack hammer the cement step for the old stairs which opened up up the yard. We now have the best deck in the neighborhood that should last for 40+ years. "Lee was a very "hands on" Carpenter. He explained the process of replacing my Porch ceiling in detail. Then he did the job!. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate! Lee was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him for any Carpentry project. Jeff"
