"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"I had observed that there's a leak. They make sure that it will be repair and everything was good. I've used them before and I will going to use them again. Very satisfied for the service. Excellent job."

"Brian came out to my house immediately in response to something that I perceived as an emergency situation. Brian diagnosed the problem as a relatively minor and inexpensive issue even though he clearly could have sold me on a very expensive and unnecessary repair. I will call use him again."

"They service was amazing. I am told by other service providers it will cost $10000 to repair and I found metro and they said they can hydro jet it and were able to fix it. I could not be happier."

"We had some sewage back up into our basement sink on a Saturday morning. I called Clog Busters based on their Angie’s List reviews. They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. I'm very pleased with his service, communication, timeliness, and very fair cost. I would definitely use Edge Plumbing again."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"OMG Can't recommend Joe enough. I was referred by a neighbor that was having plumbing done.Best referral ever! My house needed all galvanized pipes, drains and valves replaced, etc. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Joe was thorough, professional and informative. The work was completed in a timely manner, cleaning up daily. I will be using him for future projects as needed. Highly recommended!!!"

"Wonderful done on top. Repair man was very helpful."

"Artistic Construction (AC) performed a complete kitchen remodel in our home. The project required flooring reinforcement and installation of high-end cabinets, granite, and appliances. The crew was reliable, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. We have since hired AC to complete other projects in our home."
