"It was a wonderful experience. They were reliable, very professional, communication was stellar. I was never left hanging for information and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and with the workers who did the job. "Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"

"Joe went out of his way to help me with replacement of multiple heating ducts in my attic. He was very professional up front and honest. Thanks Joe!"

"Frank, Mike, and the rest of his team did a great job bringing our lower level (family room, laundry room, half bath, and spare bedrom) out of the 1970s and into the present. They did a great job protecting the rest of the house from dust and debris as they brought most of the space down to the studs. I was very involved in the renovation, asking questions and inspecting the work daily. Mike was great, answering my queries and adjusting plans based on my vision. The final result was better than I could have imagined: - Family room: remove popcorn ceiling, wood paneling, and wall-to-wall fireplace; installed built-in cabinets and bookshelves on either side of a refaced fireplace, new carpet, new smart lighting, wall-mounted TV, 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos sound system, with conduit running all the entertainment cables behind the walls. - Laundry room: removed legacy (dangerous) ducting, installed new plumbing, rerouted HVAC, added cabinets, storage shelves, and a hanging bar for drying. New stainless steel sink, cabinet, and full-length counter top over new front-loading washer and dryer. Dryer duct run discreetly. Luxury vinyl plank installed. The efficiency I've gotten out of this upgrade alone will pay for the renovation. - Half bath: Entirely replaced everything. This room looked like a warehouse bathroom, complete with four florescent light tubes. New black hexagon tile, toilet, vanity and sink, lighting, and whisper-quiet fan with motion sensors. The total cost of the renovation and all the new appliances and technology we had installed was just under $30k. It was definitely worth it, and Frank and I have already had discussions about having him back to work on the other problem areas of our house."

"Very satisfied with the end results of our project. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. we had a 500 sf living room added, bathroom remodeled, new kitchen, new flooring all new windows, siding, roofing. Jamie the owner was very easy to work with. Thank You for a job well done. Dan and Melissa"

"We couldn't be happier with our experience with Allshire during our bathroom renovation. Overall they were experienced, efficient and courteous each step of the way. They were incredibly professional and came with a large team of courteous and experienced professionals which made our project go quickly and smoothly. Russ and his team were available and communicative throughout the process. We felt comfortable with every member of the team being in our home. They were respectful of our home and left the place in better shape than when they found it. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the quality was far superior to the work we had done by other professionals. Its clear from the quality of the work and renovation experience that this is an experienced, well run team. We would definitely recommend Allshire to others looking for a contractor and will use them again for future projects."

"Mark and team completed an extensive renovation of my 70 year old house. From the design process through to construction and final delivery, Mark communicated in a transparent, straightforward manner. And the finished product is clean, updated, and very appealing."

"Best decision I have EVER made hands down was choosing SHB. I called multiple companies prior and never felt confident in going through with my remodel until I met Jerrod. He was honest, professional, friendly and consistent, along with his whole team. I know if I need anything done in the future I will call him first without hesitation."
