"Very impressed with our No-Nonsence hot water heater replacement experience. My emergency phone call, water all over my basement floor, was answered immediately and a quick estimate of the repair cost was given. Technician arrived on time and even had a new unit on his truck. Replacement was completed in a timely manner and final bill came in under first over the phone estimated quote. Highly recommend them."

"Excellent!! Plumber arrived within the time period indicated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable He took care of the situation. He explained the problem and provided a solution. We are to call when a new water heater is delivered. What a relief!!!"

"Had a water heater replaced. Showed up on time, explained what had to be done. Very professional completed the work and cleaned up after."

"My husband and I purchased our craftsman home about six months ago, and while we absolutely love its character, we knew that meant taking on a few repairs along the way (ew). From the very beginning, the experience was fantastic. Andrew, our technician, was truly exceptional. During the estimate process, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly informative. He walked us through everything we could expect during the job from noise and dust to the possibility of additional repairs like drywall or tile so there were no surprises. That level of transparency was so appreciated for two first time home owners! Scheduling was quick and seamless. And the results? Absolutely immaculate. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn?t be more pleased, even if the dogs weren't thrilled at the sounds (lol)! Afterwards, Andrew was kind enough to discuss the warranties and paperwork for the parts with me! A huge thank you to Andrew and Mr. Pipey for making this an easy process!"

"The best service and Jason was very knowledgeable about plumbing services and repairs. Thank you for your help. Mechelle"

But the best part about service giant is they were affordable and flexible with my budget and the cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing need."

"My water heater went out sunday night. Jeff called me monday morning at 7am. His price was hundreds better than the 2 companies I called the previous night. He definitely has the best prices around. Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. Along with their 6 year warranty on parts and labor you cant beat this deal. I would highly recommend."
