"I called John and he gave me an estimate and pictures of the deck showing the deck boards were loose.  After removal of the boards John sent me pictures of the condition of the under structure and a change order increasing the price as the under structure was in very bad condition and had not been properly constructed.  I was not happy but that was not John's fault.  He completed the work and the deck is basically a new deck."

The job was challenging because of the height of the deck along with a very high center peak and David didn't seem concerned in the least. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises.
