"I called John and he gave me an estimate and pictures of the deck showing the deck boards were loose.  After removal of the boards John sent me pictures of the condition of the under structure and a change order increasing the price as the under structure was in very bad condition and had not been properly constructed.  I was not happy but that was not John's fault.  He completed the work and the deck is basically a new deck."

The job was challenging because of the height of the deck along with a very high center peak and David didn't seem concerned in the least.
