They called us back the same morning and scheduled a service call for Tuesday evening between 5:00 and 7:00. They gave us a $25.00 discount for being Angie's List members. They showed up and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning control board. They do not carry the part, so they had to order it. They worked with us to allow us time to decide if we wanted to repair the dryer or replace it. They told us to give them a call if we wanted them to order the part. They were very professional, and did not pressure us to make a decision. We decided to go ahead with the repair, so we called them the following morning. They ordered the part, which arrived by Friday. They returned Friday morning and completed the repair. "The overall service was very good. This is a new home (3 yrs old) they did not get as much as I thought but overall did pull a lot of dust and debris out.
I would recommend them doing this, I have cut my dust down by about 70%. Usually I would dust in the morning, within hour or 2 the dust would be back and thick. Now I dust in the morning and by the next day I barely see any dust. So I am pleased w/the service I had and would recommend them again.
