Even repair cement floor that needed jackhammered. All 4 guys that were here for each job was professional, courteous and non-judgmental to my situation. And I wish I would’ve known about them when my pipe Busted in the kitchen last Christmas because the company I got to repair that situation. Left me with a more stressful situation because they didn’t put the counter back or anything left me with another situation that I had to hire someone to come in and put back."

"The owner is very friendly and does try to please and work with you. I was told that he was going to send somebody out after the work was done which he did a great job. I have no complaints about the workmanship that was done on the sewer line. My complaint is that they tore up my yard and when they left they left with piles of dirt all over the yard my neighbors complained And I got a call from the city in the spring I ended up paying another thousand dollars to try and fix my yard so that it could be mowed and to get the city off my back. And I still need more work done on the yard. Because the ground is still unlevel. They had told me that they would send somebody out to rake the yard and flatten the piles of mud that they left in my yard the day after the repair. The guy showed up took away some large pieces of debris but still, my yard was a mess. Some of the piles of dirt were up to my waist. I did give a neighbor a referral for the reason the repairs were good but when they saw my yard they decided they did not want to go with them. I waited to give this rating till I had time to calm down and think fairly about the work. If they had left my yard in a fairly manageable condition they would have received the five from me."

No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
