"Eco installed the water hookup line from under the sink in our kitchen to the intake nubb on our refrigerator. Matt did an excellent job, keeping the area clean and performed in an experienced manner. We also signed up with their annual membership as the offering with that would be ridiculous to ignore"

"Do Not Recommend. On Day 10 with no AC. 8 months ago, Logan Services replaced the brand new HVAC they installed due to ongoing issues and multiple service and troubleshooting visits. At the time, we were very satisfied that they worked to make things right. We've had the current HVAC for 8 months and it has stopped working. A technician came Friday and confirmed that someone would be here Monday to fix it. No one has shown up. We called and they said we are not on the schedule and someone will get back to us. No one has returned our call. We are going on day 10 with no AC, receiving little to no communication and no sense of urgency. This is not what I expect after spending $18,000 and pay for their Maintenance Plan. We've now purchased portal AC units to get us by until this is fixed. I have little confidence in their products and services and would highly recommend you look elsewhere."
Logan A/C & Heat Services offered value, competitive pricing, top of the line Trane equipment, nice financing options that other companies did not offer. Dan was my sales rep that offered the above services. Bobby was the installer & was professional & did a great job. Install was scheduled on a Monday after I committed on a Friday; so very quick! Trane 20XV & Trane XC95m.

"Zach and his crew were efficient, listened to my concerns and addresses them. After project was complete they spent the entire next day, repairing lawn, brought in top soil, grass seed, straw. All I can say is wow! If I could have rated them above 5 stars I would have."

"Homeowners beware. This company does not do what they say. They destroyed our yard and gave reassurances theyâ d be back to fix and finish the job. Nothing was done and about 50% was done of what they were paid to do. We are trusting people and paid in full as we were assured they would be back to finish and clean up and fix the damages. No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. Itâ s a shame that people and companies like this exist. His attitude on the job site is beyond rude and unprofessional. He would barge into our home with out knocking to the point my wife was uncomfortable being home when he was there. Protect your friends and family from this awful company."

"$311 to connect a bathroom sink drain with all parts supplied by me. They do up front pricing, so that?s on me. But they will overcharge you and then do nothing to try to make it right. Waylon claimed to have spent 1.75 hours on the job with drive time, he was at my house for 27 mins. 5 of those he spent in the van. 4 mins when he got there. Don?t do what I did, skip Apollo and get someone else."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Mr. Rooter! I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter when our toilet needed repair. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had the toilet fixed in no time. What really stood out was their respect for my home—clean, efficient, and no mess left behind. It’s such a relief to work with a company that takes pride in their work and treats customers well. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for anyone needing reliable plumbing service. They made a stressful situation simple and stress‑free. "

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Franklin, OH

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
