"Mr. Faulkner and his associates, Roberto, David, Carlos, Jacob and Kurt are all very efficient, polite, respectful and talented. We had a walk in shower installed 1 year ago and it was a nightmare. Mr. Faulkner and his group of gentlemen tore out and reinstalled a new beautiful hotel like shower. We wish we knew of this business a year ago and could have saved ourselves a lot of grief. "When I called the office to ask about the product and schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very cordial and businesslike.  She scheduled the appointment and answered the questions I had at that time. We later received a call to confirm our appointment, and the Sales Consultant called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. After showing him our kitchen and explaining what we wanted done, he shared information about the products, showed us samples, and explained the steps and time frame for completing the work. A few days after the appointment, we received a call from the office informing us of the installation date.  We also received a detailed letter explaining the process and giving instruction on what we needed to do. Someone came to measure the area for the  template.  A few days later the countertops were installed. The next day the tile backsplashes and plumbing were done. This completed the process. The installers were punctual and very pleasant.  They did quality work and left the area clean upon completion. This project really enhanced our kitchen. Granite Transformations did an excellent job! We were especially pleased with the quality of the products, their professionalism and communication with the customer, the well-structured plan of action, and the quickness and thoroughness in completing the project. We had a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations and will use them again on other projects we may have in the future."

"Frank and his crew came in and removed all of the mold and sealed off for protection. They were able to remove all of the mold and debris very quickly. We also had structural problems caused by the water leak. Theyâ ve made our house better than new. They have sistered and replaced everything from floor joists, subfloors, flooring, wallboard all the way to the crack in our brick. We totally replaced our bathrooms and are so thankful for how well they have turned out. We have known Frank for years and knew he was reliable and trustworthy.
