I appreciate not only when a contractor can give you a fair price, but also when he provides a honest assessment. Pratt had done previous work on the chimney, and after seven years, it was good to know that the work had held up. I would certainly recommend the firm to others."

"We had Lindemann come out to do a chimney repair with their masonry team - slawek was the lead guy. His team showed up every day, early in the am and worked late every day. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, explained any questions i had and were overall very professional. After the chimney project we had our windows and siding replaced with another company, which cause some additional cracks in bricks elsewhere around our house (not related to the chimney), and i asked if they would touch it up... they were at my house in no joke 45 minutes and took care of everything. I can not recommend slawek and his masonry crew enough."

"The back of my fireplace was broken. I fearedd I had an expensive and messy situation ahead of me. Chimney concepts answered my email within a day, they scheduled me three weeks out because they were so busy, however they put me on a cancellation list. Within the week I received a call they came late plastic out cut the fire board installed it and cleaned up perfectly with in an hours time. It only cost me $195! which was a major relief to me. Michael did not leave a trace dirt. He put plastic on the floor and went to work. I recommend these people highly. I will be coming back to them for new fireplace glass doors. "We took advantage of Quality Fireplace ‘s Spring chimney inspection special (and, ultimately for repair work done, Angie's List 5% off coupon) and were glad we did. Ray did the inspection and cleaning, found some significant cracks and crumbling and missing mortar in both the smoke chamber and the flue. Ray spent a lot of time with us, showing us not just the pictures that he took, but having us watch the screen as he maneuvered his 360 degree camera inside the chimney. He explained the repair options, without any pressure to do repairs at all, left us with information about the repairs and gave us a detailed estimate. We decided to go with the PCR, HeatShield joint repair and Parge smoke chamber repair options. Ryan and Johnny came to do the PCR– they were professional, personable, very efficient and careful to clean up. Ryan returned a couple of days later with Jeremy and spent most of a day doing the smoke chamber and flue repairs. We could not have been more pleased than we were with both of them. They were a pleasure to work with, clearly knew what they were doing and patiently answered all of our questions. Again, we were struck by their professionalism and efficiency and the way they took care to protect our floors and furniture as they did their work. The work we had done was not inexpensive but we feel confident that it was necessary and done well. "Noticed the leaking on Monday February 25th and left a message at CM. I received a call back the next day and the earliest opening was Friday, March 9th. Since our leak wasn't gushing water I made the appointment for Wednesday, March 13th. Jasper arrived on-time and was very professional. I showed him the fireplace and he diagnosed the problem within a minute. He went on the roof to assess the situation. He took pictures and came back with an estimate of the repair. Basically our chimney cover was rusting through and not originally installed correctly. <br /> He gave us the option of signing then to get the job done or would provide time to think about it. We decided make the update right away, he had his crew custom make the cover, and the following Monday it was installed. He provided pictures of the entire install. <br /> I thought the price was within the reason, especially with stainless steel not being cheap and this being a bigger slab of it. <br /> I would recommend and plan to use again for any chimney related issues. <br />"
