Everyone involved were so professional and knowledgeable. Angie helped us along the way to pick out the product we were happy with. AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. "We had Lindemann come out to do a chimney repair with their masonry team - slawek was the lead guy. His team showed up every day, early in the am and worked late every day. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, explained any questions i had and were overall very professional. After the chimney project we had our windows and siding replaced with another company, which cause some additional cracks in bricks elsewhere around our house (not related to the chimney), and i asked if they would touch it up... they were at my house in no joke 45 minutes and took care of everything. I can not recommend slawek and his masonry crew enough."

"We took advantage of Quality Fireplace ‘s Spring chimney inspection special (and, ultimately for repair work done, Angie's List 5% off coupon) and were glad we did. Ray did the inspection and cleaning, found some significant cracks and crumbling and missing mortar in both the smoke chamber and the flue. Ray spent a lot of time with us, showing us not just the pictures that he took, but having us watch the screen as he maneuvered his 360 degree camera inside the chimney. He explained the repair options, without any pressure to do repairs at all, left us with information about the repairs and gave us a detailed estimate. We decided to go with the PCR, HeatShield joint repair and Parge smoke chamber repair options. Ryan and Johnny came to do the PCR– they were professional, personable, very efficient and careful to clean up. Ryan returned a couple of days later with Jeremy and spent most of a day doing the smoke chamber and flue repairs. We could not have been more pleased than we were with both of them. They were a pleasure to work with, clearly knew what they were doing and patiently answered all of our questions. Again, we were struck by their professionalism and efficiency and the way they took care to protect our floors and furniture as they did their work. The work we had done was not inexpensive but we feel confident that it was necessary and done well. We are happy with the 20 year warranty and confident that Quality Fireplace will stand behind their work should any problems arise."

"Noticed the leaking on Monday February 25th and left a message at CM. I received a call back the next day and the earliest opening was Friday, March 9th. Since our leak wasn't gushing water I made the appointment for Wednesday, March 13th. Jasper arrived on-time and was very professional. I showed him the fireplace and he diagnosed the problem within a minute. He went on the roof to assess the situation. He took pictures and came back with an estimate of the repair. Basically our chimney cover was rusting through and not originally installed correctly. <br /> He gave us the option of signing then to get the job done or would provide time to think about it. We decided make the update right away, he had his crew custom make the cover, and the following Monday it was installed. He provided pictures of the entire install. <br /> I thought the price was within the reason, especially with stainless steel not being cheap and this being a bigger slab of it. <br /> I would recommend and plan to use again for any chimney related issues. <br />"
